The Head of the FPSU M&E data validation team to Ekiti, Mr. Gbadebo Fabowale has described the Ekiti Community and Social Development Agency, EKCSDA as a well-organized environment with a highly disciplined and well-behaved workforce. Fabowale gave this assertion during a wrap-up meeting between the team and the Agency after a two-day M&E data validation exercise to the agency.

“We met you well organized, and everything you have shown us was in perfect order. You have also respected and satisfied all the positions and guidelines put in place in this validation exercise.”

“We are happy with your record, it is a job well done. I must also commend you for your neat and well-arranged office with a well cultured and disciplined management and a set of well-behaved staff. There is no doubt that you are a symbol to emulate in human development programs.”

“What we have seen in your record is a manifestation of who you are. Please keep up the good work and maintain the good spirit of orderliness and brotherlines,” Fabowale said.

In his response, the acting General Manager of EKCSDA, Mr. Femi Ojuawo thanked the team for their kind words on the management and staff of the agency and for carrying out a thorough and careful review of information and data provided for the team during the exercise.

The team which comprises Mr. Gbadebo Fabowale, head of Operations, FPSU and Chukuemeka Nwachuku, Management Information System Assistant, have since left for Akure CSDA.
